    Over the last several months, I've come across a few other wood fired brick ovens, like this one at a farm focused on education in Loei Province:

    In Chiang Mai, I found this pizza restaurant (Pizza by Hand) located in the old city. They have what appears to be a Neapolitan style brick oven:

    The ceiling is low and the floor bricks seem very large. I think these are fire bricks. The first course are in a soldier arrangment. Looking inside, the flue/vent is outside the reveal. This is
    When I visited again tonight, I asked and they use longan/lam yai wood for fuel. That matches what Vinz wrote. The pizza here is very good
