I live in the central Valley and looking forward to getting moved out of my apartment into a place with some area where I can Build a Brick or stone oven. I have already built a stone firepit/ Bar - B - Que in my small Backyard. I'd love to take it with me, but there is this thing called reality. So I came up with a design for a new Bar-B-Que which hope fully will double as a smoker as well and also hopefully be a lot less work to construct.
Looks like you folks have a pretty good handle on stuff and look forward to getting way edumacated before I get into actual construction on my WFBO.
