Hi all,
We wanted to be sure you knew about this great event scheduled for the middle of September, in Washington State.
From the organizers: "We anticipate the Kneading Conference West will be attended by people from British Columbia and Southern California and many places in between. The conference provides hands-on workshops, lectures and panel discussions about everything to do with bread: growing and milling the grain, baking bread, pastries and pizza (beginner to professional levels), starting a micro-bakery, food writing, and more.
"The New York Times has called the conference 'the center of a quiet revolution.'" ?*http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/25/di...r=2&ref=dining
