I need some help on my Forno Bravo brick oven
My foundations up need help deciding on mortar, refractory or homemade ?
I'm worried about to big of a mortar joint as i get higher up in the oven, just don't want to have ant loose bricks, am I just being paranoid ?
Best place for fire clay & bricks?
Any help much appreciated.
PS my first oven is a steel barrel type oven, now I want a real oven.
