Looks interesting...If I was only closer I would go. class cost + air fair+hotels+ food+ entertainment...it all adds up.

I'll be there on the 19th and I'm looking forward to it.. Although it focuses on whole grain and doesn't include any WFO info, it's going to be nice to have a true artisan as a one day coach.
