Buy a better blade. I went through 2 HF blades very fast. The other ones last a lot longer (for me that is).

I found that the cheap blades from Lowes were sooo much better than the HF blade. Also, I found that the HF blades were not fitting on the shaft due to a glitch with the center punch which required you to take a file to remove a slight ledge. When I got the Lowes blade, no issues. Just food for thought.
