I've been working on combining my crab cakes with Daves crab stuffed mushrooms. I'm getting close. I fired up the oven tonight for a small valentines feast and I think I finally got it right. More to follow, hubandly duties and all..... Cheers. Christo

Wow can't wait to see pictures, which I hope you took. Dave's stuffed mushrooms are awesome, adn I can only imagine what a crab cake fusion would bring to the party.
