How to tell when soft chocolate chip cookies are fully baked?

I get nervous baking soft chocolate chip cookies because I don’t want them to still be raw when finished baking. So how to tell when they’re fully baked?

This is above my pay grade but, my wife has some advice:

“When the cookies are lightly brown/tan they should be done. That should take about 12 to 15 minutes at about 350 degrees”.
