I am thinking about Surf & Turf in the WFO this weekend, putting some steak on a Tuscan grill, along with a lobster and some king prawns.

A couple of these steaming in a dutch oven with white wine, lemongrass & chilli's would round that tasty feast out nicely.Cheers ......... Steve

We have garlic butter and chilli butter in the freeze - you reminded me! We will get that out this weekend.Where can I find logs? I need more!
