My recipe collection has grown to the point that it's, well, unmanageable (I lost count when I had 7000 recipes). I've long resisted to the idea of using cooking software, but I don't think I can get by without using one - otherwise I'll never get to try half of the recipes I have in my collection.
So I started a quest for finding good cooking software. I've tried both Living Cookbook and Big Oven, which are good, but not good enough for me. I am now considering getting
AccuChef because AccuChef can perform a nutritional analysis and can scale recipes (I am planning to go to catering business).
Anyone here used AccuChef? Anything good or bad about it?
