I just saw this recipe for paella in the email FB sends out:

I have made paella many times, but never in the FB oven and am intrigued to try it. But I don't really get how this is possible. For example, the recipe talks about sautéing onions inside the oven. How do you do that? How do you stir the onions when the paella pan is inside the oven. And what is the pan supposed to be sitting on? The floor of the oven with the coals pushed to the side?
