We're thinking about doing enchiladas tonight from home-made corn tortillas. Normally we'd do these on a griddle on the stovetop, but why not on the hearth? I can't find any examples of this here or using google though. Thoughts? We'll probably go for it; we always have the option to move it inside if we fail on the first couple.

Anyone done from scratch corn tortillas in their WFO?

In the link below they cooked their tortillas on a pizza stone in a green egg, so once you get the temperature right you should be good to go. Please post pictures!Start with fresh tortilla mix -- I use Maseca. Follow the mixing instructions on the package.My build thread
