My wife and I purchased a house last August that had a Casa80 kit built as the start of an outdoor kitchen. Previous owner has definitely cured and used the wfo many times before we moved in.
But I'm a total noob on this. Looking for a good started guide to making some pizza. Not looking for pointers on dough/etc right now, mostly concerned about woods to use, how big of a fire to make, how long to heat up... that kind of thing.
