Pizza yesterday, aging bananas today, what to do? Banana bread, of course. The oven was a bit hot, and may well cook faster than my "inside" oven, but not bad for a first effort. As my grandmother used to say "tindle brown"-- I don't know the origin of the phrase and have never heard anyone else use it. Nevertheless it tastes good.
