Why didn't I see this before settling for the Electrolux?

Who do I have to contact to get an injuction to stop the playing of this video and file a lawsuit? Obviously this is a very personal video filmed by my wife and me in a very private setting............our kitchen.
Someone must have gained unauthorized access to my video collection
