  • No Foccacia recipes in downloadable books?

What a great, great, GREAT resource, James, those down loadable books!!
    I thank you!!
Earlier this afternoon, I downloaded 5 of them, and have been reading ever since.
The one thing that I don't see, and maybe I'm blind; is any Foccacia bread recipes. Especially surprised not in the Hearth breads book.
Am I overlooking it somewhere, somehow?
Foccacia breads are my next baking adventure...
    Thank you again-

    Hey Rick,
Have your tomato seeds germinated yet? My basil has, but not the tomatoes as yet.
    Hope all is well.

Hi Tom, Sorry I didn't reply; I've been sick as the proverbial dog this week.
Yes! We've got a near %100 germination count on San Marzano's.
By the looks of it, planted too many....I put 3 seeds in each pot, and got, you guessed it...
      3 seedlings in each pot!
Didn't know it, but Lin also had 4 other tomato seed pkgs to sow. We're going to have tomatoes coming out of our....
Oh well! Life could be worse!
      How you doing?
      Stay healthy!

            Hey Tom! Remember me?
After a remarkably cool wet spring here in the Pacific Northwest, I am happy to report my San Marzano tomato plants did, in the end, turn out well.
Every grower near here, thought it was going to be a no harvest kind of fall, but the weather did a big turn around (Indian Summer) and worked out.
            (Phewwww!)
We'll be planting more come springtime...
            How'd you do? Making lot's of pizza's, I hope?
            Later!
