I bought three different types of fresh sausages at the butcher.
Put them flat in an oiled tc bakeware dish, added some liquid (white wine) and a few shreds of garlic. I kept them in the cooler part of the oven by the door so they would not cook too quickly.
They cooked up well in the oven with a nice smokey flavor. Turned out fine!
