A friend of mine last week went to Maine on a Moose hunt and was luck enough to have been successful. To celebrate, on his way home, he stopped and picked up a bunch of live Maine lobsters. I preheated the oven for about 90 minute, then using two enormous pans I have i made a awesome steamer. I put sweet corn, clams and lobsters all in together and steamed for 18 mins.
My wife also made a Zucchini/Potato casserole "Potato's Provencal" and these individual peach cobblers with vanilla ice cream. Not sure which was my favorite? All were amazing!
