I always make up the remaining bases and freeze them for quick easy meals.
he best and easiest way to thaw them is to allow them to thaw normally and heat them in a microwave BUT only on medium power. If you use the high power, the base crust will turn into shoe leather!

The more I learn, the more I realise how little I know
I too have been freezing my pizzas. My wife loves how crunchy they are after reheating in the house oven. Crunchy in a great way, though! I can't decide which I like more really: The convenience of frozen with a crunch, or the fresh, hot, soft doughy pizza. Either way it's a winner.
