I did some wings as I was bringing the oven up to pizza temp.

What is the last one? I haven't done any white pizzas in my oven and am thinking asparagus and something.

brickie.....that basket is a grill basket you can pick up at most any bbq place. The round shape makes it easy to spin.

Tom......that white pizza was just mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of EVOO. My pizzas are mild versions of your pizza anarchy. Your pies look great! I need to start experimenting with different toppings.

Thanks John. No, I usually just use rub a couple of hours before grilling them or sometimes just S&P just prior to grilling.
