On Friday night we had a pizza party for my son's 18th birthday and after this they all went into town on the drink. There were quite a few people who stayed the night and so I used up the left over toppings and dough and made these for breakfast in the oven with the residual heat.
I cooked some bacon, tomato and garlic mushrooms in the oven or 5 min. Then flattened 1/2 a dough ball leaving a thick rim. The bacon mixture went on top and then into the oven with the door on for 5 min. When the bread was partly cooked I craked an egg on top and put them back into the oven for another couple of minutes.
They went down a treat and I had to make a second batch.
I don't have any pics of the pizza party from the night before as I was too busy on the pizza production line!
