Mini me.
This loaf is only 6" x 4", I just couldnt resit the mini loaf pan when I saw it.
The loaf has Italian dry herbs and cheese on it.

Nice!!! I need to do some loaf pan breads that looks great. My mom complains that she can't make a sandwich on the free form breads that I bake. I guess she can't figure out how to get the square cheese to fit the round edges of the bread...LOL
