Here is another one:
Take a handful of 40-60 count shrimp, thaw, devein and cut in half lengthwise.
Add 1-2 T of green curry paste, equal amount of water and allow to marinate for 1 hour
Stretch dough and mix green curry paste and tomato sauce 50:50 on crust (or go all green curry)
Spread marinated shrimp on it and place pieces of fresh Mozza on it.
Bonus: add a small amount of roasted garlic.
Bake at the mouth of the oven - take your time not to overcook the shrimp (at full fire- about 4 minutes)
Cut and eat
Will post pics (again) was a crowd favorite here at the house for the older son's going away party - to college he a goes.
