Starting June 1 through July 30, 2016 we are holding a Summer Wood Fired Recipe Contest and the winner will receive a $75.00 shopping spree in the Forno Bravo Store.

Submit your recipes through the Forno Bravo Community Cookbook “Submit a Recipe” button. The winner will be based on the number of votes the recipe receives. A link to the recipes will be posted on the Forno Bravo Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest pages and the Forum.   • Chicken Cutlets w/ Cherry Tomatoes & Asparagus

    Last night I made chicken cutlets with cherry tomatoes, basil, shallots, capers, cream, white wine and a little garlic. The asparagus on the side is topped with fresh lemon and parmagiano shavings.

    Total time in the oven: 9 mins! - roasting oven environment

    Very nice! I love cherry tomatoes in the wood fire oven, and grilled aspagus is awesome as well. We are ale to harvest from our asparagus patch for the first time this year, so am really looking forward to grilling up some fresh from the garden aspargus.
    Again very nice meal.
