Well, yesterday I finally got up the courage to light the oven up for real!
For the first time I had trouble getting a decent fire going, so the oven was only at 600 degrees when we stuck a little test bread in. It was already around 10pm, on account of my fire starting issues.
It was great. The pizza took a little longer to cook but it didn't last long after it came out!
