  • So happy

I just want to say that we are so happy with our 36" WFO. We have fired it up for three meals so far. Each meal was literally the best!

The first was the best pork roast and the best roasted potatoes we have ever had

The second were the best pizzas we ever had. Margerita, white pie with garlic mozz and ricotta, carmelized onions with sliced apple and gorgonzola, and clams casino pizza

The third (today) was the best whole roasted chicken were ever had. Beer can style with incredible roasted veggies.

Based on expenses to build the WFO, each meal cost about $400, but the cost of each meal will go down with every one I make.

I also love feeding wood to the monster. Plasma fire!!! Love it when it goes up the chimney.

They all sound great! We are also happy with our oven and have done maybe sixty meals and they are still costing more than 400.00 each. Where did I go wrong with expenses???? LOL

Please post details on cooking temps, times, and pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to learn as much as possible.
Thanks and Enjoy the fruits of your labor!
