Finally got the wfo up to 400c last night, so we thought we would throw in a quick white pizza to mark the occasion - although I have made pizzas before on a stone, you cant compare to the wfo.

Pizza looks good, I hear some people have trouble with their first pizza. I didn't, it came out great! I too just got my oven up and running yesterday, cooked up 16 pizzas!! WFO is way better than everything else. Check it out!!

YUM time to start using the oven again - now Greece's temps are cooling down ..... just need to save up money for the cheese! Damn this crisis!
