I just posted a picture of my homemade grill, so I thought I would share this view of a 2 pound piece of Wild Alaskan Salmon that was given as a gift yesterday. So we ate it today.
It was cooked over a mesquite fire for about 9 min. It was marinated in dill, fresh chopped basil (home grown) salt pepper and olive oil.
Skin was very crisp - yes, we eat that also.
