Made this delicious dish of stuffed marrow (courgette/zucchini)

Also I pricked 2 large aubergines/eggplants with a fork and threw them on to the ashes turning occasionally until soft. Once cooled I peeled them scraped out the flesh into a small bowl - added finely chopped red pepper - olive oil, vinegar, salt and one clove of crushed garlic. Mixed well - melitzanasalata (Greek aubergine dip) excellent with fresh bread.
