I vote for making it an official Forno Bravo Holiday called The Days of V-Wiz! If not a holiday, an annual festival. What a feast!

I'm about to try David Chang's Pork Butt recipe for Bo Ssam. I can't wait to see how that comes out in the WFO!

Beautiful images. An aspect of cooking that isnt discussed much here,,, documenting it with Photography! There is alot of interesting light going on in a WFO for sure.

Excellent food and great documentation. I was interested to see the price of the pork - $2.19/lb. be difficult to find sausage meat here for that price!

Good to see the full potential of an oven being used.
