  • Pulled Pork - Saturday

My wife was away, so she left me and my son to fend for ourselves...so on Saturday morning I put some pork in with 1 dry rub and 1 wet rub, results were fantastic!

    Saturday lunch.

Then while it was cooling, we baked some multi grain bread.

Where can I find logs? I need more!
Finishing the WFO will come after the barn is completed http://flinthousebarn.co.uk/

Bread looks fantastic! I know your post was form January but have you baked anymore bread? The wet-rubbed pork looks great too. Makes a great meal.

I think we all underestimate how easy it is to roast a chunk of pork in our ovens at medium to low temps and that we should do it more often.

      Dino,

We have been trying other food, we will be back on bread next week, when the master chef is home - my son!

Yes, we like trying different foods in the WFO.

      Graham
