First off love the oven set up you have. What really fought my attention at first was your pavilion. That is a beautiful structure. I live in the northeast and got crushed with snow this past winter. My old aluminum pavilion literally was crushed by the weight of the snow. I am looking to replace it and I would love to do something like you have. Did you do that yourself or have someone build it for you? Any information you can share would be great. My oven was supposed to be my project this spring but they may have to wait until I build my pavilion again.

Very nice looking comfort patio. Good job done by your family. This premium patio deserves such a premium meal.
Why is this thus? What is the reason for this thusness?
                I forgot who said that.

Congratulations on your build and outdoor area in general. The food pics are excellent and it looks like you have done the setup proud with the food you have cooked. It shows the care and attention to detail applied to it.

                  Great stuff.
                  Cheers ......... Steve
