  • Potato bread redux

    I was chuffed to see my potato bread featured in this week’s cookbook! Since 2014 I have made it weekly so a few hundred times! The biggest change is I line my pans with parchment instead of grease and flour... with extra wet dough it sometimes overpowers the flour and sticks!
    So no knead , one rise, and keep it wet!
    My oven turned 10 years old last fall
