Just recently completed my homebrew cast oven, have been making some very nice pizzas for friends and family. The other night I thought I'd try and make something else so got a roasting tin and some skewers and made some chicken kebabs, based on the recipe below but missing the spring onions and mushrooms.

Turned out well, chicken remained tender and veg was nicely roasted. Only marinated for around an hour but overnight would have been better.
