Friends who lived in Alsace and learned to love this local treat brought over the rolled dough and toppings to cook in our oven. What a delightful treat. Makes for a perfect evening of preparing cooking, conversing, eating and drinking, then making the next one to repeat the cycle. They cooked in about 15 seconds; François said they were much better than when done in his home oven.
