Wasn't exactly last night but it was Sunday afternoon. We had a party of thirty people over and we made 30 pizzas. Two pizza dough trays 15 dough balls each from our friends restaurant (Mulberry Station Chico CA). I roasted a cupcake pan full of garlic, caramelized five onions, made bacon, pre-cooked sausage all in the oven. We have a friend who half owns a wood fired pizza/brewery restaurant and he ran the oven. He was very impressed with my Casa 100. Fun was had by all. Everyone helped clean up. An awesome success on the patio!
