First Kebab feast in my indoor WFO.

I am finding more about my oven as I use it.
Today, I had the luxury of grilling kebabs right inside the kitchen, and with no smoke at all! all smoke drawn outside thanks to proper venting.
Greedy guests made no way for cooked food pics unfortunately LOL.
