  • St Patrick's WFO Meal

I fired the WFO in the morning. By Mid-day we were cooking...

First a Ciabata. I think I mixed it a bit to dry and didn't get the big whole structure, but it tasted just fine.

Next the whole grain bread for sandwiches and such this week.

Then the evening meal, to include
corned beef, seasoned - oiled potatoes, cabbage, Irish Soda bread, and garlic cloves to serve with the Ciabata - olive oil - and balsamic.

Set down for the meal and put an apple crisp in to cook while we had supper.

And this morning a pot of pinto beans for future burritos and what ever..

    I really like this oven!

Sounds and looks great. How long did you cook the corned beef? I had company this weekend but it was a bit cold to stay outside so I just did a spinach, artichoke cheese dip. It was FAB.
