Finally got to crank it up Easter Sunday for the first time, had the usual Easter Sunday family get together with a difference this time. 22 pizzas later, whew!! It all worked a treat, laid all the ingredients out and let everyone make their own & I peeled it up, finished off with a chocolate top deck & marshmallow focaccia, sweeeeeet. Also the kids had a ball toasting marshmallows too.
Following day, threw some hot cross buns in there, still at 200 degrees celsius, terrific, went to work this morning, still at 100 degrees C, 2 days after it went out.
Gonna like this, can't wait to finish final layer & experiment
