Been busy tonight, picked the ripe tomatoes from the garden and made a batch of tomato sauce for use with pizzas and lasagnas etc.
15lb mixed tomatoes
3 1/2 lb onions
2 lbs pepper/chillies
1 lb zuchini,
3 cups sugar,
3 cups vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoon cyanne pepper
Cut up and boiled with continuous stirring for 3 hours.
Made 13 jars of rather tasty sauce that leaves a rather warm(but not uncomfortable) after taste. Should be great as a pizza base.

PS The tomatoes, onions and peppers were all home grown, no artificial anything and organically grown to boot!
