  • my first pizza

Cooked my first pizza today. I've cooked a few other things but this is the first pizza and it was excellent. Floor temp about 380C and it cooked in a minute or 2. Really delighted with it

You can dome it for a few seconds to get a little color on the top if need be.

Does that mean hold it up to the dome on the peel?

Literally a matter of seconds only, though.
I once took my son's bacon pizza out with a little flame coming off the crust, after I accidently held it up for more than about 5 seconds.

Whenever I dome a pizza, it's "remember that time you burned mine?"
