Had a sustained fire had no steam or noticable cracks so will try a pizza next time.

The roof are shingles they do look like slates tho.the oven has been carefully dried out using time as the main drying agent with a few small fires..the only cracks I can see are on the arch due to expansion but close as it cools down.

Using the oven is more fun than building it did over 20 pizza on the first firing as had my family round.Comment
