I see that you have used the metal bracket to fix the flue pipe, did you fix the bracket to the dome or to the brickwork around the chimney?

I considered fixing that bracket to the gazebo I built next to the oven. I didn’t use it in the end. The flue is fixed only with the base plate (with four bolts through the top course of chimney bricks).

I used a bracket inside my enclosure which worked very well as it securely holds the pipe..obviously you don't see it because it's inside. if you doing an enclosure I would put it in.

I was worried that the gazebo might move somewhat in the wind and didn’t want that stressing the chimney. It’s quite stable without though. As said above, with a full enclosure it could be helpful.
