No kidding! I think we should start a new religion...with the sole intent on saving the world from the greasy mess that is Dominos. We'll read from the holy scriptures (the FB forum) and offer pizza salvation to all that need saving. Can I get an Amen?

1- You shall have no pizzas unless cooked in a Wood Fired Oven
2- Thou shall not make idols out of delivery pizza chains
3- Thou shalt not commit the sin of using Boboli pre cooked crust
4- THou shalt not use frozen pizza dough from Trader Joes
5- Remember the Sabbath (the day that wfo pizza was made)
6- Though shalt not murder your San Marzano tomatoes by over seasoning
7- Honor your fresh mozzerellla and EVO
8- Thou shall steal all of the ideas and designs you can from the scriptures of the FB Forum
9- Thou shall not lie about your heat managemet skills
10- Thou shall not covet thy neighbors masonry skills- not everyone has been blessed with the talent of the prophet LES.

How about:
Thou shalt not cause undue ammounts of smoke by using unseasoned or damp wood.
Thou shalt not aligne thy bricks for more than two rows, but attempt to stagger your joints wherever possible.
Thou shalt honour the dome-door-flue hight ratios.
Thou shalt remember to post nice photos for thy WFO building bretheren (and sisteren).

I plan to hold service Saturday night. Communion will consist of BBQ Chicken WFO Pizza and holy brew blessed by St. Corona.

Bless you Breven for the Baboli comment - that stuff is even worse than Little Caesers. My brother's ex girlfriend once made a pizza with that junk and I'd like to think that's why she's no longer his significant other.

My brothers ex once served him with a store bought birthday cake! ...it did not go down very well.

How about this one: When two or more Forno Bravo Members come together, they shall fire up an oven and eat pizza.
