just started our mobile wood oven pizza business and hoping to learn how to make the perfect crust, making a pizza looks so simple, it isn't really.. do we ever stop learning? I guess one you have a dough people love that's it but there is always the urge to perfect it even more. hoping to learn a fair few things on here guys.

Wow!, nearly 5 years on and so much happened! Only got back on here today, so much time on our hands now we had to shut the doors because of this covid crap!
from our trusty mobile unit to a pizza bar cellar door cooking up Neapolitan pizzas in our superb Marana Napule. Can't wait for those restrictions to lift and fire her back up!
