just started our mobile wood oven pizza business and hoping to learn how to make the perfect crust, making a pizza looks so simple, it isn't really.. do we ever stop learning? I guess one you have a dough people love that's it but there is always the urge to perfect it even more. hoping to learn a fair few things on here guys.

Wow!, nearly 5 years on and so much happened! Only got back on here today, so much time on our hands now we had to shut the doors because of this covid crap!
