Hi Forno Bravo community
I’m just getting into the forum
im mid way through planing an oven build and still not sure which way I’m going, but it’s a really fun process
I’ll put up some sketches and pics of location and will record the process of the build too

Have you purchased the eplans from Forno Bravo, they are a good baseline for designing and building and oven and only $3.00. A little dated. The new innovations can be found on the forum in addition to the eplans.

I haven’t yet. If the plans discuss airflow and chiminey positions then yeh I’ll give it a shot
I was looking to build an Oven with an added firebox Below that I can open an intake vent to be able to smoke in it too
the plan is to have a multi purpose oven
try to get as much use out of it as possible

In my head this would work, but I have no experience with these things and from what I read and hear, the airflow can be tricky to get right in a normal oven, let alone this

any suggestions are very welcome
