    Hi Everyone

    I've spent the last 5 months building a pizza oven based upon the Pompeii Oven instructions (plans version 2). Modified of course, and using local materials. We had our first pizza on Sunday and I'm super stoked about how well it's all worked out.

    I've built a high vault 42" internal diameter, 21" internal height oven with really good insulation all round, on a brick base. I'll get around to posting photos of the build soon.
