Hello all. My name is Rick and my family and I live in central Missouri. I've been stewing on the idea of building an outdoor kitchen for some time now and have decided this summer is the time to get started on it. My intention is to build a pizza oven, fireplace and accommodations for my other cooking devices which include a gas grill, gas griddle, Kamodo grill and a offset smoker. I might even try to work a sink and refrigerator in too.
Anyway I'm still in the planning stage but do intend to get my large ground slab poured and the tin roofed cover built in these next few months. I'm not sure how much I'll get accomplished this year but I am going to get the ball rolling and get it finished in due time.
For now I'm reading much of the forum (good stuff) and will start a build thread when we start digging for the ground slab.
