Hi guys, good to be here! I’m Adam from Cambridgeshire u.k, currently just getting started on a tunnel shaped wood fired oven, BBQ grill and smoking cabinet with offset firebox. I need to pick your brains about one small issue I’ve come across with regards to the oven floor but I’ll try and post that in a more relevant section
